“Today Show Throws a Hometown Wedding”

We have the pleasure of announcing… Linens by Gala Cloths were chosen by The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club for their bid as reception site for NBC’s “Today Show Throws a Hometown Wedding”!

Tablecloths, overlays, napkins, chair bows by Gala Cloths graced the guest tables, sweetheart tables, and cocktail tables in Club’s three ballrooms for taping of the Today Show segment. The national viewing audience voted online all week, today naming the Club the winning venue where the Maryland couple will exchange vows and enjoy their reception in September.

At the July 2005 National Educational Conference in Orlando, Florida, Dulany Noble, owner of Gala Cloths by Dulany, was presented with the “2005 National Association of Catering Executives Professional Affiliate of the Year Award”. The event is “NACE’s” annual industry-wide conference on the business and creativity of Catering and Special Events.

According to NACE executives, “Dulany ‘brings to the Table’ creative talents in designer linen and table design and her generosity and passion for NACE. With 13 years of Board experience, she is the anchor of the Baltimore chapter.”

Wedding Décor Designer Preston Bailey was among the hospitality luminaries who shared their knowledge in educational sessions of the conference.
